Voiceboard Corporation supports host control on a variety of platforms utilizing some of the most popular real-time operating systems. Voiceboard products may be controlled utilizing the cPCI or VME backplane, through Ethernet, or by the Voiceboard PMC750 embedded processor.
Redundant Ethernet control of systems eliminates single points-of-failure and permits a system to be scaled beyond the limits of available backplanes. It also means that a large virtual system can be constructed with nodes in different physical locations.
