Voiceboard Customer Support begins with pre-sales Applications Engineering to insure that our products are suited to your requirements. Voiceboard can provide detailed technical information under mutual non-disclosure agreement to assist with this phase. We also assist with joint specifications development and proof of concept demos.

Once under contract, Voiceboard provides in-depth technical training, where your development staff will interface directly with Voiceboard engineers. Training includes classroom time and hands-on product exposure. Voiceboard engineers will continue to provide direct support through the development phase of your project and into production.
